Client Testimonials

We've deliberately held back on publishing client testimonials until we can do so in a form that's genuinely useful to prospective clients — not marketing fluff. In the meantime, here's what's available: direct references from matched clients during your evaluation, and a three-decade track record that speaks for itself.

What Healthcare Leaders Say

“Their customer service is excellent and our systems are faster and more stable than ever.”
IT Administrator, Ophthalmology Practice, NJ
“They customize our EHR templates and help secure our network which has helped us meet our MIPS goals.”

Why Testimonials Are Handled Carefully

Why we're deliberate about published testimonials.

Medical practices are appropriately cautious about public endorsements involving their IT partner. Publicly confirming who supports your infrastructure and cybersecurity creates small but real security considerations — threat actors use public endorsements as reconnaissance data. That's the first reason we've been deliberate about publishing.

The second reason: most healthcare IT firm testimonials are marketing fluff — generic "great service" quotes with no specific workflow improvements, no measurable outcomes, no operational context. Those don't help prospective clients evaluate fit. We'd rather publish nothing than publish that.

When we do publish testimonials, they'll include what actually matters: specific workflow problems solved, measurable improvements, specialty context, practice-size context, and honest acknowledgment of what was still work-in-progress. That work is underway — we'll add testimonials to this page as each client approves publication.

What's Available Today

Three trust signals you can evaluate right now.

1. Direct references during evaluation

Qualified prospective clients receive direct references from existing Qventive clients — matched by specialty and practice size where possible — during the second or third conversation of the evaluation process. References are arranged with client consent; they're candid conversations with real medical practice administrators and physicians.

2. Named leadership with long tenures

Our leadership team — Steve Gerbino, John Dritsas, Raul Yas, Joe Gerbino, Joy DeMario — is publicly identified with current and historical roles. We're accountable as individuals, not as a nameless vendor. Named authors on every content page. Named leadership on every engagement.

3. The free practice assessment

The 60-minute practice technology assessment is specifically designed to help you evaluate fit before committing. You get written findings regardless of whether you engage further. That's a stronger evaluation tool than any collected testimonial — it lets you observe how we work firsthand.

Client Testimonials FAQ

Two reasons. First, medical practices are appropriately cautious about public endorsements involving their IT partner — publishing a testimonial implies confirming publicly who supports your infrastructure and cybersecurity, which carries small but real security considerations. Second, we've deliberately held back on publishing testimonials until we can do so in a way that's genuinely useful to prospective clients — not marketing fluff.
Yes. During the evaluation process, qualified prospective clients can receive direct references from existing Qventive clients — with those clients' consent. References are matched by specialty and practice size where possible. Typically arranged during the second or third conversation, not during initial inquiry.
Thirty years of continuous operation in a relationship-driven market. Client base spanning solo practices to PE-backed platforms. Named leadership with decades of healthcare IT tenure. The Observe-Improve-Prevent methodology applied across all engagements. The proprietary EHR Assist Interface as a concrete product innovation.
The free 60-minute assessment is specifically designed to be the evaluation. It's structured, it's free, and it produces written findings. A 60-minute session with our senior engineers will tell you more about fit than any testimonial could. After that, references from matched clients can be provided for further evaluation.
When we can publish them in a form that genuinely helps prospective clients — including specific workflow improvements, measurable outcomes, and the operational context that makes a testimonial meaningful. We're not going to publish generic "Qventive was great" endorsements. That work is ongoing.
The feedback themes we hear most often: "they actually speak our language," "we stopped refereeing between vendors," "my office manager got her job back" (referring to no longer being the IT translator), and "we're not waiting 4 hours for help desk anymore." These will become the themes of the testimonials we publish going forward — tied to specific outcomes rather than generic sentiment.
